Rent a Recruiter’s embedded recruitment solution was implemented to support Glan Agua in finding new talent for their opening roles. Our Account Director and Talent Partner were assigned to work with Glan Agua, to manage their talent acquisition function. Our Role Includes: Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews & providing data and insights into the the target talent marketplace. Improving the recruitment workflow in Ireland, UK and clearing the applications backlog. We conduct weekly progress meetings with key stakeholders and provide KPI reports on progress.

Rent a Recruiter works as an extension of the Mastertech HR team, with access to the company’s emails. Our team manage Mastertechs Indeed page, including posting and sponsoring job ads. Additionally, the recruiter conducts screening calls and organises interviews for potential candidates. Weekly meetings are conducted with HR and the hiring managers to review progress where a kpi update report is provided.

By leveraging our expertise and utilising various recruitment tools and platforms, we provided a tailored solution to address their challenges. Our specialist Talent Partner seamlessly integrated into Nitro’s operations, gaining access to their Applicant Tracking System (ATS), email communication, and Slack channels. By working on behalf of Nitro, the Talent Partner benefited from direct communication with Nitro’s hiring managers, ensuring efficient collaboration, streamlined processes, and significant cost and time savings. In addition our team can offer an improved candidate experience by fully engaging with potential candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Placements: 15 Roles Across Multiple Locations (Dublin, Berlin, Budapest) Breakdown consisted of 65% Tech roles & 35% Sales roles.

Rent a Recruiter was brought onboard to find professionals in the eCommerce and tech sectors, in Ireland, the EU and US that fit the exact criteria ESW were looking for and also support the administration around efficiently processing these candidates. Our remit includes: Reaching out to passive candidates in Ireland, EU & US regions. Conduct screening calls, Arrange interviews, Upload new CVs and move applications to different levels through their Database system. Provide data and insight to support salary benchmarking. With each client we have weekly progress meetings with HR and the hiring managers on all roles & provide a weekly KPI report on progress.
