RetroTek-QD. This is very new technology to be available Q1 2026 to assess the day contrast visibility of pavement markings. It is a vehicle roof mounted system to measures (β) Beta Luminance Factor in accordance with EN 1436 and also calculates Qd scores from (β) scores. It measures on both sides of vehicle at traffic speeds (right & left lines) operational day or night and can be operated simultaneously on the same vehicle with the RetroTek-D Retroreflectometer. Results processing also on same QuickView-Pro Visualization Platform as the RetroTek-D. Automatic asset detection & no operator intervention necessary.
QuickView-Prois an advanced interactive survey reporting software operated with RetroTek-D. It provides the capability of batch processing multiple surveys quickly, viewing the results from multiple survey runs on your PC or laptop screen. This includes an interactive geographic mapping of the survey with annotated visual display highlighting pass/fail survey results all GPS referenced with accompanying HD video footage of the markings as surveyed. Reports can be generated in a variety of output formats csv, kml, pdf, video & shp.
Quick-Tracker is new software to be released Q1 2026 developed specifically to assist road agencies meet the FHWA MUTCD mandatory Minimum Pavement Retroreflectivity Requirements and the recommendations from “Methods for Maintaining Pavement Marking Retroreflectivity” FHWA-SA-22-028 | July 2022. This proprietary software Quick-Tracker is designed to assist all stakeholders including road pavement agencies (DOTs, Public Works, Cities, Municipalities etc.) to manage their compliance i.e. have a plan for implementation of the New FHWA Minimum Pavement Retroreflectivity Requirements to come into force 6th September 2026.
