Bowsy was engaged to manage the recruitment of graduate engineers in the UK&I for Cubis Systems, a subsidiary of CRH. We were able to successfully connect Cubis Systems with graduate talent from universities across Ireland and the UK that had never heard of CRH or Cubis Systems before. Our approach using the "Creative Challenge" generated very positive word of mouth amongst targeted students which organically led to addittional applications from peers across 17 different universities. National Apprenticeship Programme - "Building Heroes"

April 2024 - December 2024

Bowsy was selected by the Department of Higher Education, Research, Science & Technology to generate awareness of apprenticeship opportunities amongst young people in Ireland. Using the Bowsy platform we were able to engage young apprentice influencers to create authentic social media content aimed at young people in Ireland. Bowsy's apprentices were also engaged to mentor other apprentices on how to create social media content that highlighted their different careers. The approach was to use real Irish apprentices to generate authentic content that would showcase the different career opportunities for young people in Ireland. The innovative programme was very successful with over 107 post published, generating millions of views and with one post alone having a reach of 500,000 views.
