Aviva Case Study

FINEOS Claims went live in October 2011, within the budget and timescales set for the project. Aviva took prime responsibility for the claims system implementation. The FINEOS Claims system integrates with the Aviva Policy Administration System, the Group Pension Administration System, the Megapay Payments System and SAP Business Objects for Business Intelligence Reporting. During the claim intake process, data is automatically populated from these systems. The project was delivered with publishing of services and data through their web portal in mind.

New York Life Group Benefit Solutions Case Study

The collaboration between FINEOS and New York Life Group Benefit Solutions (Group Benefit Solutions) resulted in the first proven purpose-built end-to-end core system for the group and voluntary insurance benefits industry. This case study outlines how the FINEOS Platform replaced six legacy systems and supports a $4B book of business for one of the largest insurance carriers in the US.

Beneva Case Study

Beneva, created by the coming together of La Capitale and SSQ Insurance, is the largest insurance mutual in Canada with more than 3.5 million members and clients all across Canada. Following the merger, La Capitale and SSQ had different systems, Beneva had to decide on a new group insurance ecosystem, and select a best-of-breed approach, in which FINEOS was chosen for Life and Disability Claims.

Partners Life Case Study

Partners Life, a leading private insurer in New Zealand, uses FINEOS Claims to manage its income protection (disability insurance), life, trauma cover and business risk protection. Partners Life chose FINEOS based on its out-of-the-box claims operating model and FINEOS LISA, the market-tested pre-configured business and regulatory content pack for the Australasia region.
