background

Basic Info

Uconia connects master planning to detailed task execution by crowdsourcing information to enrich high level schedules with the granularity of detailed delivery.

Our platform bridges the gap between strategic scheduling platforms like Oracle Primavera P6/Asta Powerproject/Microsoft Project and the day-to-day, hour-by-hour reality of operations on site. Uconia uses the traditional Master Schedule, Milestone Planning and Phase Planning as the basis to deliver Lookahead Planning and Weekly Work Planning that incorporates all the necessary work packages, tasks, and resources.

Task-specific communication ensures teams stay aligned and items that require further attention are easily isolated and escalated. Intelligent visuals and notifications optimise the output of those involved in the project. By connecting strategic planning to site execution, Uconia allows projects to see what is happening - and what is not happening. This increases the adaptability of the project which reduces delays, saves money, and improves productivity.
