In business since 2012, SilverBack is traditionally known for supplying teams of MEP trades labour but since 2020 we have added a very successful white-colour professional and technical consultant offering to these big projects.

SilverBack has developed a large pool of talent (professional, technical and trades workers) that can be assigned in teams or individually to these mega-scale construction projects.

Simply put, we identify and source the right people, mobilise to site and then manage them on-the-ground to support our customers who are a mix of end-clients, construction mgt consultancies, GCs and contractors.
