KM Lynskey is an international construction services company established in 2009.

We specialize in providing seamless integration across construction services, delivering projects to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

We have three main divisions:

1) As an CSA fit-out contractor in the Data Centre sector, we provide a turnkey solution for our clients. Services include structural ceiling, modular construction, white wall, HAC’S fireproofing, and front of house fit out.

2) We are experts in the most simplistic and complex dryling projects - partitions and ceilings.

Datacentre - Amsterdam

January 2024 - August 2024

Completion of a large project with a Principal Contractor to fit out the internal walls, partitions and ceilings of a large scale Data Centre. Project was completed on time and within the budget parameters.

Frankfurt Data Cenre

April 2021 - October 2022

Supply and install of ceilings, doors, partitions including glazed and bulletproof, and fireproofing of strutural steel elements in Data Halls and Admin Offices

DATACENTRE - Frankfurt

August 2024 -

Ongoing project seeing the fit-out of Datacentre in South Germany in collaboration with one of our commercial partners. Project is large scale and ongoing due to additional build ons being approved.

Trim Library & Cultural Centre

January 2023 - November 2023

The development consisted of the construction of the Trim Library & Cultural Centre with an area of 1,162 m2 including parts one, two and three storey in height, including: necessary works included demolition works to the existing Library and ancillary buildings and site structures and the conservation, alteration and refurbishment of the former St. Patrick’s Chapel for use as part of the Centre; the provision of additional facilities for the library including new reception, study & multipurpose rooms and support services; the construction of a multipurpose performance theatre space with seating capacity up to 247 no., including stage, scene dock and support spaces; shared foyer and entrance space to the Centre including shared facilities, meeting/changing rooms and rehearsal spaces, toilets, circulation spaces and plant rooms. The development also included associated site development works, drainage and hard and soft landscaping works.
