Grange Power Station Project

The Grange power project entails the development and construction of an Electrical and Instrumentation Peaking Power Plant designed to meet the growing demand for electricity during peak periods. CJK are completing the E&I installation from RIBA stage 3 design with ECI (Early contractor involvement) right through to grid connection and commissioning support. This power plant will serve as a reliable source of electricity, providing rapid response and support to the grid during high-demand phases, ensuring stability and reliability in the power supply.

Eir Drogheda

CJK are the main Mechanical & Electrical contractor on this data centre project. The project entails the proposed redevelopment of an existing telephone exchange at Moneymore, Drogheda, Co. Louth into a modern-day data centre. The existing infrastructure includes offices, car park, data rooms, and associated MEP Services. The M&E scope of work includes: - Provision of Dilapidation Reports at the proposed site - Survey of existing Infrastructure - Phased decommissioning of services while maintaining mission critical Client Services - Supply, Deliver, and Installation of mechanical and electrical systems. - Commissioning of all mechanical and electrical systems, to include FAT/SAT witnessed by client. - Energisation of mechanical and electrical systems - Post-Energisation Testing of mechanical and electrical systems - Integrated Systems Testing (Level 4 and 5)
