PanelDuct is a high-performance ducting system designed to save time, reduce labour and deliver long-term results.

Manufactured off-site in a controlled environment, our pre-insulated sheet metal panels ensure consistent quality, fast installation and fewer on-site delays.

The airtight design cuts air leakage by up to 92%, lowers energy use and reduces CO₂ emissions. PanelDuct performs 50% better than standard Class D, with a U-Value of 0.23 W/(m²K) for strong thermal efficiency. Each system is built to last, featuring a rigid structure, a durable Plastisol-coated finish, and fire safety ratings that meet the ASTM E84-20 Class A and EN13501 B-S3-d0 standards.

PanelDuct was brought in to resolve severe air leakage of up to 40% in a ducting system at a data centre. The scope involved manufacturing, supplying, and installing Class D airtight ducting for five IDECS, connecting rooftop AHUs to plenum rooms. The project required around 1000 square meters of ductwork and was initially scheduled for completion in 10 weeks. By supplying 75% of the ductwork in flat pack format, PanelDuct was able to transport everything in just three truckloads. On site, the duct sections were assembled, lifted by crane, and secured to the frame and adjacent duct sections, ensuring a full Class D seal. The project was completed ahead of schedule in only six weeks.
