The Assignment A European chemical manufacturer with operations in over 60 countries sought a Director of Supply Chain for the Middle East. Candidate needed expertise in global supply chain management, leadership of multi-cultural teams, and collaboration with C-level executives. The candidate needed to be based in or relocate to the Middle East with frequent regional travel. Osborne's global recruitment strategy: Talent Mapping: Identified professionals in the sector with relevant experience and Middle East familiarity. Targeted Outreach: Leveraged alumni networks, academic affiliations, and advertising campaigns. Digital Interviews: Conducted remote interviews during Covid-19. Proactive Search: Utilized networks and sourcing tools A French national based in Dubai was appointed and relocated to Bahrain. Osborne supported the candidate through negotiations, transition, and relocation. Osborne’s approach ensured a successful placement aligned with the client’s strategic goals

The Project Osborne partnered with a leading Australian construction equipment manufacturer urgently seeking construction mechanics. Facing a local talent shortage, they sought candidates from Ireland and the UK. Osborne devised a targeted recruitment strategy to meet their requirements. The Process • Job Advertising: Targeted campaigns in Ireland and the UK attracted qualified construction mechanics open to relocating to Australia. • Candidate Screening: Applications were carefully assessed for qualifications, experience and relocation readiness. • Interviews: We organized and conducted 50 interviews—both remotely and in person—to thoroughly evaluate candidate suitability. The Result Osborne successfully placed 20 skilled construction mechanics across multiple Australian states. We supported the client throughout the selection process and assisted candidates with their relocation to ensure a smooth transition.
